What Sets Us Apart?
A Step Above the Rest
A Diligent & Focused Partner
There are lots of medical bill review softwares out there. But many of our competitors simply offer medical bill review as one small piece of a much larger, more diverse service offering. This approach allows them to be good at some things but ultimately dilutes their focus. Because we remain focused on our one key product offering and not a suite of softwares, we are able to implement updates and rollouts more quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Privately Owned and Operated
CompIQ is proudly privately owned versus the rest of the market that is either public or private equity owned. Our privately owned status further differentiates us from our competitors. Our focus is not shareholder value—it’s quality. Our company’s size also allows us to operate more nimbly. We are faster, more agile, and more accurate with compliance than anyone else in the market. For our clients, this means our platform stays updated with the latest fee schedules so bills get paid correctly and on time. CompIQ proudly implements fee updates within days, not months.
Technologically Advanced & Highly Secure
CompIQ is the first medical bill review software to rely on the cloud. Cloud benefits include enhanced claim processing speed, unparalleled security, and data redundancies. Security has never been more important in this space given the amount of personal medical data that we process annually. We are committed to giving our customers the most secure experience that exists in the market today.
Committed to Our Clients
Beyond our state-of-the-art technology, we keep our clients at the center of everything we do. This focus has allowed us to maintain long and successful partnerships, with an average client tenure of 13 years. Providing phenomenal support to our clients is always a top priority. From urgent software or solution needs to long-term strategic initiatives to help our clients solve complex problems, we are there for our clients when they need us, in the manner they deserve.
